Blackberry risk overseas? What else is new?

I believe the biggest risk today relative to handheld devices is the willingness of users--both corporate and private--to ignore the dangers associated with the use of their smartphones and PDAs. This is true not only for non-management types. This is also true for C-level managers--the people most likely to use these device out of the country as well as demand less constraints on their use.
