E-commerce giant eBay and its Paypal subsidiary are the most-spoofed brands by fraudster today, according to research firm Gartner. Mike Vergara, senior director of accounts protection at PayPal, discusses what the e-commerce giant is doing to protect its customers, including the new e-mail signing and checking effort to make sure customers aren’t being phished.
