History has shown that wars are won decisively by one method, Air Superiority.
Its evident to me that the people in charge are not mission oriented. The mission includes many roles and paths, this has not been in the plans in the last 8 to 10 years.

Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates took action Monday to dramatically reorient the leadership of the Air Force, calling for the nomination of the first non-fighter or bomber pilot to lead the service since its inception after World War II.
