Actions like those taken by Musharraf must be condemned by the global community as nothing less than Internet terrorism. Given the opportunity, I believe other oppressive regimes (e.g. China and Russia) will see advantages in disrupting the free flow of electronic information. We know that China already blocks citizen access to information contrary to their cultural and economic objectives.
