Ohio official sues e-voting vendor for lost votes

The Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner filed a lawsuit against e-voting vendor Premier Election Solutions for dropped votes in the state's March primary election. Premier Election Solutions was formerly called Diebold Election Systems.
