      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Robert Scoble has some interesting <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://scobleizer.com/">commentary</a> this morning about the number of photojournalists with expensive gear covering the Olympics.</p>
<p>He&#8217;s a bit indignant that so much energy goes to sporting events like the Olympics rather than more important news that isn&#8217;t getting reported around the world.</p>
<blockquote><p>This is in a year when tons of journalists are getting laid off.</p>
<p>This is in a year when there are tons of stories around the world that aren’t getting reported on.</p>
<p>Could we take half of those photographers and send them to Russia, for instance</p></blockquote>
<p>Reminds me of a feeling I had back in college as an undergrad student studying social sciences and humanities, about the way my friends who were physicists interacted with the world. They were so awed by the stars, Mars, astrophysics, and it seemed to me interesting but altogether unimportant. They argued they may find something outside our planet that could help solve Earth-bound problems like disease, or find the origins of earth and humanity &#8212; but really they were doing it because they loved it. One of my friends had a good argument, though &#8212; there are enough people right now that we can specialize in what we care about, and there will still be others covering other topics. He could be a physicist and look into the universe&#8217;s origin, while I studied social interaction and writing, and our other friends looked into solving cancer or eradicating invasive plants in the native wetlands. We have to specialize, and there are enough of us to do it too.</p>
<p>I think it&#8217;s the same way in journalism &#8212; whether it&#8217;s sports, celebrity journalism, or coverage of politics and war, there are a lot of opportunities right now for journalists. Of course the business model is changing, and some old-schoolers won&#8217;t know how to roll with that, but generations change slowly; we&#8217;re learning.</p>
<p>Also, the Olympics is seen as more than a sporting event, it&#8217;s also a symbol of world competition and cooperation too &#8212; a way for countries to come together and share entertainment globally. I think that&#8217;s worth covering.</p>
<p>In the second post, Robert Scoble says there are plenty of great journalists but the public doesn&#8217;t care. In some ways I have to agree with that, but I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s negative, necessarily. I had a conversation with someone the other day about world news reportage. He says, &#8220;I was just reading this story, but what does it matter to me if there&#8217;s a flood in some city in another country I&#8217;ll never visit and some farmer lost his sheep?&#8221; World news is only important when it&#8217;s relevant, so it&#8217;s no wonder that many people don&#8217;t care &#8212; if they don&#8217;t know much about the area, and it doesn&#8217;t affect them, they have no incentive to give it full attention. You can call that apathy, but I think it&#8217;s an important selectivity skill that humans have. We have to choose what to give priority to, so if nothing stands out as being particularly important, we just ignore it or gloss over it. Human nature&#8230;</p>
<p>Also I think the common person today just gets desensitized and doesn&#8217;t know where to turn their energy, when surrounded by so many crises. Either you focus on one specialty and do your best to work toward one cause in your life &#8212; and maybe that&#8217;s just in the course of your daily work &#8212; or you become a complete Attention-Deficit-Disorder case and bounce from one problem to the next, without knowing how to solve anything. That just causes a sense of bewilderment, despair, and either that bogs you down or eventually you get desensitized.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a commenter on Scoble&#8217;s blog, Spencer, who talks about this generation&#8217;s apathy. There are so many people who want to blame today&#8217;s generation or the young generation for this &#8220;apathy&#8221; that they sense. But I see it as a survival mechanism that arises from the way information flows these days. We&#8217;re surrounded by crises, everyone wants us to know about them &#8212; the water shortage, global warming, death in Iraq, the national deficit. Okay, crisis, I get it. But no one gives a real clear idea on what any individual is really supposed to do to solve the problem. You can&#8217;t get involved with one global cause, without ignoring all the others, and if you do get involved it&#8217;s likely to become your life&#8217;s purpose. Most people are concerned with other things &#8212; their families, their work, personal development, their homes and futures, and really that&#8217;s enough to take up all their time.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m always amazed when I read about the early unionists. Emma Goldman for example, the activist who pushed for the 8-hr workday, and campaigned for free love in the early 1900s when women were still wearing corsets, used to work 16 hour factory days as a seamstress, then lead meetings late into the night. Today we lead cushy lives comparatively&#8211;8 hour days, plus commute and lunch, family time, dinner time, gym maybe, sleep&#8230; but it still doesn&#8217;t seem like we ever have enough energy and time.</p>
<p>What Emma had that most people today don&#8217;t, is a community living in the same conditions as herself, with clear goals about what they were campaigning for, and a cause that affected their own daily lives. Today, unionism and local activism is in much shorter supply, in part due to the many people who work fairly comfy desk jobs, and the problem that everyone has his own specialization, works in a cubicle, does his or her own thing. The problems we&#8217;re facing today in terms of global warming, global water shortage, aren&#8217;t the same kinds of problems that activists have fought for in the past, and there&#8217;s no clear road map for how to solve them. Our leaders sure aren&#8217;t leading the way.</p>
<p>What we do have, at least, is the Olympics, which is an age old symbol of international cooperation, play and competition&#8230;so, uh, go sports! As for full disclosure, I don&#8217;t actually have a TV and haven&#8217;t watched the Olympics in many years, but I do try taking short showers&#8211;does that help?</p>]]></content:encoded>

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A hearing will be held in Boston tommorow to decide whether or not the restraining order gagging the MIT students from talking about the vulnerabilities they have found should be lifted. Even though the Defcon presentation is widely available and the MBTA disclosed the &#8220;Confidential&#8221; memo from the MIT students in their court filings, they are seeking a permanent speech injunction.  An august group of computer scientists has <a href="http://cryptome.org/mbta-v-zack/mbta-v-profs.pdf">signed a letter</a> which will be entered into the record for the case.  This list includes: Dave Farber of Carnegie Mellon University, Steve Bellovin from Columbia University, David Wagner from UC Berkeley, Dan Wallach from Rice University, Matt Blaze from the University of Pennsylvania, and Bruce Schneier. An excerpt:</p>
<blockquote><p>We write to express our firm belief that research on security vulnerabilities, and the sensible publication of the results of the research, are critical for scientific advancement, public safety and a robust market for secure technologies. Generally speaking, the norm in our field is that researchers take reasonable steps to protect the individuals using the systems studied. We understand that the student researchers took such steps with regard to their research, notably by planning not to present a critical element of a flaw they found.  They did this so that their audience would be unable to exploit the security flaws they uncovered. . . .</p>
<p>The restraining order at issue in this case also fosters a dangerous information imbalance. In this case, for example, it allows the vendors of the technology and the MBTA to claim greater efficacy and security than their products warrant, then use the law to silence those who would reveal the technologies&#8217; flaws. In this case, the law gives the public a false sense of security, achieved through law, not technical effectiveness. Preventing researchers from discussing a technology&#8217;s vulnerabilities does not make them go away - in fact, it may exacerbate them as more people and institutions use and come to rely upon the illusory protection. Yet the commercial purveyors of such technologies often do not want truthful discussions of their products&#8217; flaws, and will likely withhold the prior approval or deny researchers access for testing if the law supports that effort. . . .</p>
<p>Yet at the same time that researchers need to act responsibly, vendors should not be granted complete control of the publication of such information, as it appears MBTA sought here. As noted above, vendors and users of such technologies often have an incentive to hide the flaws in the system rather than come clean with the public and take the steps necessary to remedy them.  Thus, while researchers often refrain from publishing the technical details necessary to exploit the flaw, a legal ban on discussion of security flaws, such as that contained in the temporary restraining order, is especially troubling.</p></blockquote>
<p>It will be interesting to see what arguments the MBTA uses to keep the students from speaking on a topic where all the important vulnerability information seems to have already disclosed.  Sure the students haven&#8217;t presented a cookbook exploit tool but they have also stated they have no intention of doing so.</p>
<p>Perhaps the court will investigate what the MBTA&#8217;s and their technology vendors response has been to the MiFare card vulnerabilities that were <a href="http://eprint.iacr.org/2008/166">disclosed responsibly</a>. If there has been no vigorous response to responsibly disclosed vulnerabilities of many months ago how can they say with a straight face that are truly responding to new security information and just need more time.</p>

<br /><br />Clearly, the Joker isn't asking Batman "Why so serious" - he's asking him why the camcorder rip is so seriously bad.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So much traveling, so little blogging.  Sorry everyone.  I&#8217;ve gotta say first that I really enjoyed meeting readers and friends of the blog this past two weeks.</p>
<p>Today, allow me to update you on FAIR and the movement towards a formal, open standard.  There&#8217;s a couple of cool things going on in our little risk-world.</p>
<p>First, The Open Group Security Forum continues to move towards a formal adoption of FAIR.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT DO YOU MEAN &#8220;WE&#8221; - YOU GOT A STANDARDS BODY IN YOUR POCKET OR SOMETHING?</strong></p>
<p>Our meeting in Chicago a few weeks ago was great, but also slightly disturbing for me. I got pronoun-confusion syndrome.   I&#8217;m used to using the &#8220;we&#8221; pronoun to refer to RMI, or Jack and myself as we vet the models.  So without even thinking I would said &#8220;we have been looking at how loss occurs, and may want to change the model some&#8221; and The Open Group Members freaked out (rightfully so).  Adrian Seccombe gently reminded me that the &#8220;we&#8221; was now the Security Forum, and that &#8220;we&#8221; didn&#8217;t go changing things at will without vetting against each other.  Man I love this stuff.  I get to run our thoughts and ideas past some great folks now - you know, those smart people who tend to have really complex problems and are trying hard to solve them.<br />
<span style="color: #000080;"><strong><br />
Formal Adoption:  Soon, Very Soon Now</strong></span></p>
<p>Formal Adoption basically means we&#8217;ve made this document, everyone is close to saying that they generally like it, and once that finally happens then &#8220;bam&#8221;, we&#8217;re ready to move onward and upward with better things (see Cookbooks, below).  We&#8217;ve got a couple of changes to the current document that have been requested that aren&#8217;t a big deal.  For example, one request is that we make some statement about general applicability of FAIR to risk domains outside of the IT realm.   But once additions like that and others are done, this long process should be complete.</p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>New Document Moving Towards Public Release:</strong></span></p>
<p>We&#8217;ve got a basic document that should be public in the next few weeks on <em><strong>&#8220;What Makes a Good Risk Assessment Methodology&#8221;</strong></em> - written by yours truly and Jack.  It&#8217;s a very high-level document, and serves two purposes:</p>
<ul>
<li>For novices it helps parse out what is important in any undertaking to understand corporate risk (the repeated discussions on the ISO 27001 mailing list make me think it would be a place ripe for such a document).</li>
<li>For those who &#8220;know&#8221; risk, it helps to re-establish some fundamental principles like the use of scales (ratio, please), the implications of dealing in probabilities, what attributes like consistency and defensibility mean, how &#8220;risk&#8221; should be reported to the business (something you know, meaningful) and so on.</li>
</ul>
<p>When this doc is deemed ready for public consumption I&#8217;ll be sure to post on this blog here.</p>
<p><strong>COOKBOOKS, EUROPEAN AGENCIES, AND, IRON CHEF &#8220;RISK&#8221; - WHOSE CUISINE WILL REIGN SUPREME?</strong></p>
<p>One interesting thing that came up in the Chicago meeting was that <strong><a href="http://www.enisa.europa.eu/">ENISA</a></strong> (The European Network and Information Security Agency) developed a very nice document that reviewed something like 18 different risk assessment methodologies against their Criteria for Goodness.  FAIR was one of the ones they reviewed, and we (the royal &#8220;we&#8221; used there to include all us FAIR-Folk) did awfully well.  Things of interest:</p>
<ol>
<li>They based their work on the current introduction paper which is not at all a step-by-step guide towards an organizational risk assessment (what ENISA really wanted) and we did pretty well.  Well enough that if we had developed a paper along the lines of NIST 800-30 or OCTAVE for the use of FAIR in a formal process, we could have done <em><strong>really, really</strong></em> well.  Like won-the-bake-off kind of well.</li>
<li>FAIR is actually not at all incongruous to many of the risk assessment methodologies offered, and in fact compliments many of them by letting those methodologies develop real, structured probabilities.  Think OCTAVE, where they basically say &#8220;math is (probabilities are) hard, so if you want to do them for reals, good luck!  But here&#8217;s a nonsensical way to do things if you want to believe in <span style="color: #ff00ff;"><em>magic-fairy risk</em></span>&#8220;.  FAIR fits right in there by stomping on the magic-fairy risk with the jack-boots of rationality.  FAIR similarly helps other risk standards that might lack structured probability development.</li>

<p>So The Open Group Security Forum decided that though we could create a new document and totally p0wn any future ENISA bake-off, there wasn&#8217;t much demand for the development of that documentation by the membership  - a point which was made quite apparent at the beginning of the discussion when one large European company CISO asked &#8220;What&#8217;s ENISA?&#8221;  Relevancy is everything, I suppose.</p>
<p>But that second item up there - the one about helping rather than competing with other &#8220;risk assessment methodologies&#8221; - really struck a chord.  So &#8220;we&#8221; (The Security Forum) are going to develop some &#8220;Cookbooks&#8221; that basically are high-level documents that say &#8220;If you want to use FAIR with (OCTAVE/COSO/CoBIT/Whatever) here&#8217;s how it fits, makes it better, and improves your life.  I&#8217;m pretty excited about these, and our first document looks like it&#8217;s going to be COSO integration.</p>
<p><strong>THE OPEN GROUP SECURITY FORUM - THEY&#8217;RE A TRUSTING BUNCH (WITH QUALIFICATION, OF COURSE)<br />

<p>Finally, many people have asked me &#8220;Why work with The Open Group?&#8221;  There are many reasons, to be sure, but I will give you one example.  Members of the Security Forum there are not only great at vetting the model and getting consensus on risk and risk factors - but they&#8217;re quick to start applying.  So in Chicago, I thought I&#8217;d be talking about FAIR and the standard and fighting groupthink.  Nope.  Not at all.  In fact, the forum members spent more time suddenly discussing use of FAIR in a new Trust Model they&#8217;re developing.  So all of the sudden, I&#8217;m part of a new and exciting project to develop a Trust Model - how cool is that?  While formal adoption of the Trust Model will be necessarily long and deliberate - the collaboration and development is happening much faster than I can keep up with.  But if you all will allow me, it will help me get my head around it all by blogging about it later this week.  So be prepared to read about me dealing in &#8220;Trust&#8221; a little bit.</p>

As usual, it was a very busy week juggling customer meetings, recruiting, conference planning, vendor parties, and, oh yes, the actual BlackHat presentations.  I had a fantastic time catching up with old friends and finally getting the opportunity to meet more of the <a href="http://n0where.org/security-twits/">Security Twits</a> and others in the security community.  I didn&#8217;t submit a talk this year, but nevertheless, fake Dan Kaminsky was still excited to see me.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.veracode.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/chris_2742966251_1b47297b33_b.jpg"><center><img src="http://www.veracode.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/chris_2742966251_1b47297b33_b-300x225.jpg" alt="" title="chris_2742966251_1b47297b33_b" width="300" height="225" class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-215 photoborder" /></center></a></p>
<p>My favorite talk, as expected, was the Sotirov/Dowd talk on <a href="http://taossa.com/archive/bh08sotirovdowd.pdf">How To Impress Girls With Browser Memory Protection Bypasses</a>.  The attack is a conceptually simple, yet completely reliable technique for exploiting vulnerabilities in web browsers.  Of course, the media has <a href="http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/news/article/0,289142,sid14_gci1324395,00.html">sensationalized </a> the impact of their findings, but ultimately, this is still significant as far as browser-based exploits are concerned.  It&#8217;s worth mentioning that part of the technique allowing them to load a .NET DLL at an arbitrary location under Vista was reliant on an implementation bug wherein the OS disables ASLR if the version in the .NET COR header was below a certain value.  However, the address space spraying and stack spraying techniques are likely to be extended to other platforms utilizing similar memory protection mechanisms.  </p>
<p>As for the girls?  I can report first-hand that the ladies at TAO on Wednesday night were hanging on <a href="http://twitter.com/alexsotirov">Alex</a>&#8217;s every word.  They were particularly impressed when he whipped out the laptop for a live demo.  Unfortunately, none of the dozen iPhone owners in the immediate vicinity thought to snap a picture (too busy Twittering).  Oh well.  </p>
<p>I also enjoyed Hovav Shacham&#8217;s talk on return-oriented programming.  Simply put, he described a generalization of the return-to-libc shellcode approach with the intent to demonstrate that one could achieve Turing-complete computation using &#8220;found code&#8221; in process images.  By chaining together series of mini-computations ending in return (RET) instructions, it was possible to build higher-level programming constructs such as branches and loops.  The nature of the x86 instruction set provides some flexibility because instructions are interpreted differently depending on how you align the instruction pointer (i.e. the old shellcode trick of searching the process image for any JMP EBX instruction and using that as your EIP).  In RISC architectures such as SPARC, however, you don&#8217;t have that luxury; if your %pc isn&#8217;t aligned properly you get a bus error.  So it was quite interesting to see that they were able to extend the concept to RISC.  The practicality of the attack technique is limited by the fact that the shellcode is tuned to a particular binary image &#8212; if the shellcode was built using instructions extrapolated from glibc 2.3.5, it won&#8217;t work for a system running glibc 2.4.  </p>
<p>I thought Scott Stender&#8217;s talk on <a href="http://isecpartners.com/files/iSEC%20Partners%20-%20Concurrency%20Attacks%20in%20Web%20Applications.pdf">Concurrency Attacks in Web Applications</a> was interesting as well.  In a nutshell, spewing thousands of simultaneous requests at web application transactions that are not thread-safe can create interesting problems.  In the presentation, Scott ran his demo against a VM running on the attack machine.  I found myself wondering how effective the same attack would be over the Internet &#8212; would it be significantly less reliable (or not at all)?  Race conditions are generally easier to exploit locally than remotely due to more predictable execution conditions.  Certainly this is an under-tested vulnerability class though.</p>
<p>One presentation I wasn&#8217;t able to attend but want to follow up on is <a href="http://twitter.com/nate_mcfeters">Nate McFeters</a>, John Heasman, and Rob Carter&#8217;s talk which discussed the GIFAR attack I&#8217;ve been hearing so much about lately.  The gist is that you can create a file that is both a valid GIF and a valid JAR, then use some Java applet tricks to initiate HTTP requests on behalf of the victim.  </p>
<p>Finally, the <a href="http://pwnie-awards.org/2008/">Pwnie Awards</a> didn&#8217;t fail to disappoint.  Drama ensued over the Most Overhyped award, but at least this year some of the winners showed up to claim their awards!  <a href="http://twitter.com/halvarflake">Halvar</a> rapping Symantec lyrics was also quite memorable.</p>
<p>All in all, a fun and informative week, but as usual, I was relieved to get the hell out of Vegas and head home on Friday morning. </p>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>OK, I am not really a big car racing fan.&nbsp; I don’t know, Long Island was not a NASCAR hot bed. Of course the Indy 500 was always big news.&nbsp; In any event I have become much more of a race fan since Chip Ganassi racing became a StillSecure customer.&nbsp; They are using a complete NAC solution that performs both pre and post connect testing. Racing today is not about some gearheads putting in spark plugs and changing tires.&nbsp; It is high, hi-tech and their information security needs to protect their IP are high priority.&nbsp; </p>

We thought Mike would have an interesting perspective to share on EM7, having recently come from the “customer side” and already with a few deployments under his belt.
<p><b>ScienceLogic: Mike, what’s your background working with network and management system tools?</b>
<p><b>Mike Lawson: </b>Before joining Apptis, I worked for the Air Force, mainly in satellite communications for almost nine years. I’m probably most familiar with HP OpenView and BMC Remedy. I managed a team that used them but wasn’t involved in tool selection; like many other federal IT workers, we didn’t have a choice of tools because there were existing enterprise licenses and maintenance contracts.
<p>I also saw a large systems integrator do a full Remedy/Crystal Systems/OpenView installation. It took 6 weeks to stand up and customize to meet just the basic monitoring requirements, and it cost something like half a million dollars. At the time, I thought that wasn’t bad and was a pretty typical experience.
<p><b>ScienceLogic: Coming from where you did, what’s your take on EM7?</b>
<p><strong>Mike Lawson:</strong> Honestly, I didn’t believe that EM7 could really do all that it claimed. In many ways, it was the complete opposite of what I had seen first-hand with other monitoring solutions. Could it really cover that much functionality? At relatively much lower cost to the customer and without the licensing nightmare?
<p>That quickly changed when I needed to understand the system enough to run it at a customer’s site. I went back over the training docs I received during my initial training class and jumped in; now, 6 months later, I’m the EM7 expert and can tell you that it delivers on all those promises. (But I still need to show people to get them to believe it too)
<p>I preach the “EM7 gospel” and when anyone wants to talk monitoring, I ask about the universal pain points: cost, maintenance contracts and licensing, and then I explain EM7. The cost difference is real; the solution is based on capacity, so there’s no licensing and it’s easy to use. They are shocked to learn that they can buy multiple EM7 appliances and years of maintenance for what they paid for most other tools.
<p><b>ScienceLogic: Apptis won the contract for monitoring aboard the USNS Mercy. We love that you’re using EM7 for one of the Navy’s hospital ships. Can you tell us more?</b>
<p><strong>Mike Lawson:</strong> The USNS Mercy is a Military Sealift Command hospital ship. <a href="http://www.navy.mil/navydata/fact_display.asp?cid=4400&amp;tid=400&amp;ct=4" target="_blank">Some stats</a>:
<ul>
<li>849 feet long (nearly the size of a football field)
<li>12 fully-equipped operating rooms, a 1,000 bed hospital facility, digital radiological services, a diagnostic and clinical laboratory, a pharmacy, an optometry lab, a CAT scan and two oxygen producing plants
<li>Crew: 61 civilian mariners, 956 Naval medical staff, and 259 Naval support staff</li>
</ul>
<p>The USNS recently departed on a five-month humanitarian mission in the Western Pacific and Southeast Asia in support of Pacific Partnership 2008. The partnership provides international medical, dental and engineering teams this summer to provide humanitarian support and conduct joint, combined, and cooperative Civil-Military Operations in order to improve regional stability and build partner capacity to respond to natural disasters and pandemic.
<p>For the most part, the ship’s network is self-contained, but can also use a landline when docked. The network covers 400 devices, including Windows/Exchange servers and VMware for server virtualization. Prior to using EM7, none of the monitoring was integrated; each system was independently monitored through individual vendor-specific consoles.
<p>Out of the box, EM7 provided integrated systems, application and network management for all network gear, applications and virtual machines in one solution. We didn’t have to do a lot of customization – EM7 includes best-practice based thresholds, event and monitoring templates and this covered what USNS Mercy needed to monitor.
<p><b>ScienceLogic: You’re a systems integrator with a very useful “customer point of view” when it comes to looking at tools. From that perspective, can you share what you think are the biggest benefits that EM7 provides?</b>
<p><strong>Mike Lawson:</strong> First of all, EM7 stands up right away. We’re talking days, not weeks. In contrast to the lengthy installation of OpenView and Remedy I witnessed during my military career, I was able to configure, customize, and implement the EM7 solution for the USNS Mercy in three days.
<p>Second, it’s easy to train people on and the support is outstanding. This judgment is from first-hand experience. Right before the USNS Mercy departed on its latest voyage, the system administrator I had trained on EM7 left, so I had all of a day to train some new EM7 admins. I prepared a seven-page “cheat sheet” and over a 3-hour conference call, we walked through the entire EM7 solution; I haven’t gotten a support call since.
<p>And when a problem did crop up with a device being discovered incorrectly, ScienceLogic was very responsive. We contacted ScienceLogic support on a Saturday and they created and emailed us a video to help troubleshoot the same day. Within 30 seconds of watching the video, the problem was resolved.
<p>Finally, EM7 helps us be good stewards of the government’s money. This is very important to me personally and to Apptis as a company. Because EM7 is cheaper and deploys so quickly and easily, you might think that it’s just the opposite of what a system integrator would want to use. But that’s short-term thinking. We believe in deliver the most value for customers every time. It’s what creates trust and long-term relationships with our customers. Instead of that half million spent on standing up the solution and basic setup, I’d much rather (and I know the customer would rather) spend that on fine-tuning or extending the solution to do much, much more.
<p>As a former government employee, I know what it’s like to use a tool that doesn’t fit my needs. EM7 proves that the best solution can totally break the old model of costly, lengthy installations. EM7 has the right model: the right solution and the right price delivered as an appliance that is easy to deploy, train on and use. </p>
