All I knew about this guy was his number, that he was in his 20's, and he lived in DC. That's all it took to completely take over his Sprint account. I could have changed his billing address and ordered a bunch of cellphones and sold them on eBay. Or, the stalker's wet dream: adding GPS tracking to his account and monitoring his every move
